Three Shades Blue is a Texas based power trio that plays an exciting blend of original Southern Rock and Texas Country with a bluesy flavor. They have played all across Texas over the last few years, and have started fresh with the newest member of the band, John Smith, taking over as lead singer/bassist.

John Smith, lead singer/bassist, is a dedicated, hard-working, blue collar musician/singer/songwriter from Brownwood, Texas. He has years of experience playing, singing, and writing heartfelt, honest songs about life, love, heartbreak, and the things that matter to us all..

Ryky Rogers is the foundation on which the heavy TSB sound is built. A powerhouse drummer, Ryky has been playing for close to 18 years. Ryky was nominated for Drummer of the Year in the Abilene-San Angelo area; and if you come to a show, watch and listen.you WILL be entertained!

Ric Rogers is the lead guitarist, head songwriter, and founder of TSB. He has been playing professionally for 20 years, and has toured all over Texas in various bands. In 2010, Ric was nominated and won the Blues n Rock Gazette Guitarist of the Year award.

I have seen these guys several times in the Abilene area... Never a bad time.... These guys are true masters of there craft!

This is one band i try never to miss! Can't really explain how awesome they are...you really gotta see them for yourself. It's always a fun time at wherever they play...Request Justin Beiber...Ric loves that! Heeheehee!
